Magnet Opus Overview

Magnet Opus is a third person stealth puzzle game where you step into the shoes of a thief who has just stolen the Magnet Opus, a high end magnet manipulating gauntlet held sacred. This was the third and last big project of the Indie Game Developer course in Boden and here my main role was that of a programmer, but also that of a project manager.

As a programmer my main task was to develop the player controlls, which included the movement, magnet abilities and implementation of character mesh, animations and vfx made by my teammates. 

​

As a project manager I had the responsibility of making sure that we kept on the path of our vision and make sure we accomplished all our goals and milestones we had set for ourselves. That meant planning and managing all our tasks to make sure everyone was on the same page so that we could all reach our individual goals each week but also our common goal as team.
